The case facts and proceedings B was registered with male sex at birth. After the law regarding change of legal sex came into place in 2016, B changed legal sex to woman. B has female sex identity. B has not completed sex reassignment treatment. Both B and A trains at the fitness centre [name]. They first met in the changing room at the fitness centre in July 2016. A then contacted B regarding the use of the women’s changing room. They met again in the changing room in Februar
